Endodontics
We are a dental practice specializing in root canal therapy or endodontics. An endodontist is a dentist who receives an additional two to three years of training specifically focusing on the diagnosing and treatment of tooth pain. Endodontists have advanced surgical and non surgical skills that allow them to preform routine endodontic surgery as well as complex procedures such as endodontic retreatment of previously root canal therapied teeth. Dr. Hoilman or Dr. Poe and her experienced staff provide the highest standard of professional care in a friendly, comfortable environment.

Meet Dr. Poe
Dr. Poe earned his BS in Microbiology from Brigham Young University in Utah, then went on to attend dental school at Midwestern University in Arizona and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, Dr. Poe then entered into residency at Marquette University in Wisconsin. After completing his training, Dr. Poe and his family relocated to Johnson City, Tennessee to practice.
Dr. Poe is a member of the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, and Tennessee Dental Association. He actively participates in continuing education courses throughout the United States to remain current and on the cutting edge of science and technology. Dr. Poe and his staff are committed to treating patients in a calm and caring manner, so that they feel safe and confident while in the dental chair.
Dr. Poe enjoys spending time with his wife Leah and their three young children. They are excited to call East Tennessee home, and to create memories with their children in our beautiful area.
