Meet Dr. Hoilman
Dr. Hoilman graduated from West Virginia University with her BS degree in Exercise Physiology, and DDS degree. While in dental school she enjoyed serving as her dental school’s class Community Service Officer. She then worked in Pennsylvania as a general dentist at a community health care center for three years. She returned to her alma mater to work as part-time faculty for six months prior to starting her two year residency earning a MS degree and Certificate in Endodontics. Dr. Hoilman was a member of the West Virginia Army National Guard from 2009 to 2018.
Dr. Hoilman actively participates in continuing education courses throughout the United States to remain current and on the cutting edge of science and technology. She is a member of the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, and Tennessee Dental Association.
As an endodontist in Johnson City, TN, Dr. Hoilman enjoys helping patients maintain their natural dentition and relieving their dental pain. She takes great pride in putting her patients at ease and gently guiding them through the root canal procedure. Dr. Hoilman enjoys spending time with her husband, Paul, and their four children in the beautiful outdoors of East Tennessee.
Meet Dr. Poe
Dr. Poe earned his BS in Microbiology from Brigham Young University in Utah, then went on to attend dental school at Midwestern University in Arizona and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, Dr. Poe then entered into residency at Marquette University in Wisconsin. After completing his training, Dr. Poe and his family relocated to Johnson City, Tennessee to practice.
Dr. Poe is a member of the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, and Tennessee Dental Association. He actively participates in continuing education courses throughout the United States to remain current and on the cutting edge of science and technology. Dr. Poe and his staff are committed to treating patients in a calm and caring manner, so that they feel safe and confident while in the dental chair.
Dr. Poe enjoys spending time with his wife Leah and their three young children. They are excited to call East Tennessee home, and to create memories with their children in our beautiful area.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
Scheduling
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Hoilman provides many types of endodontic services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
